Hey peeps. New here.

I got a spot of bother with my headlights on my MK2 Fiesta. The guy i bought it off cut the immobiliser out of it which made the lights go all screwy.

Now when the sidelights are clicked on, one dipped beam and a sidelight come on and when dipped beams are put on all i get is two sidelights. Full beams work ok though. I checked the fuses and both the dipped beam ones were blown, i changed them and tried it again and it just popped both the fuses. Any ideas what could be causing this? Im guessing theres a live wire rattling around somewhere or could just be an earth. Would it be better to just rewire the headlights?

 

Its ok, all fixed now.
