Default Forscan help?

Hi all, im having problems with transit van, when it gets hot it looses power, refuses to move and will tick over on idle with foot to the floor.the van originally had a problem and the eml was on
and indicated EGR valve was stuck open, removed it seen the state of it and replaced it with genuine ford unit, also replaced the injector copper seals and the 4 rocker cover seals as the copper washer were leaking and the rocker cover seals shrink over time, also done a full oil change, air filter and genuine ford fuel filter, Problem still exists no EML no stored fault codes , it also become noisy when it refuses to move, as far as i know it has not had the prv valve or scv changed (yet) it conked out yesterday had the AA man to have a look he said low fuel pressure injector or pump, so had a mess about with FORscan live Data reading and was wondering if some one could help make heads and tails of a few readings?

from the pcm i have

ON IDLE

CYLBAL_1 -1.920
CYLBAL_2 -1.815
CYLBAL_3 -1.160
CYLBAY_4 4.865

ON FAST TICK OVER 2K RPM

CYLBAL_1 -1.852
CYLBAL_2 -1.823
CYLBAL_3 -1.177
CYLBAL_4 4.802

FUEL RAIL PRESSURE

FRP - 21000 -23000 kPA
FRP - 1.36V
FRP-DSD - 23000KPA
FRT - 43C
FRT-V 1.18V

Also the ECT reading on FORscan indicates 78c while the clock shows 90c, the CHT is 86c

SCV_AMP - 1.75 AMPER
SCV_DC - 36.60%

Any ideas?
