4X4 sapphire and escort cosworth front hub

Can anyone tell me the part number of the front hubs on an escort cosworth and sapphire cosworth are the same? are the hubs the same can they be interchanged? I need one for the track car, at the moment i have 2 different ones on the car the caliper off set is different on them i think one is for an XR4X4

i have been given this number V89BB-3K170-AC
