Default fuel mods for s1 turbo

hi dudes. nearly finished building my s1 and just wonderin if any peeps knew fuel mixture mods on s1 rs. i got the rev limit mod and the fuel pressure mod in check but i need to turn up the fuel for when i turn up the boost. been told this is a manual adjustment so any help useful.

its just behind flap in metering head, nt recomend doing it without rolling rd

HI,

Its built into the fuel pressure actuator , attached to the fuel metering unit.
has 2 screws holding it in place, once removed, you have a brass screw usually,
and you remove this to expose a allen type key this alters the fuel pressure
some are more sensitive than others in my experience, bit fiddly and trial and error
as i remember screw in to increase fuel pressure, a quarter of a turn at a time
then reassemble and check co%, at idle and mid range 3500rpm, approx on chipped car 2.5%idle and 3.5% at mid range, if you dont know what your doing
let a pro do it and setup.

cheers lads, i`m a mechanic by trade and have just nearly finished my s1. got most of the equiptment needed at work so its just a case of seeing what i can do.
i`m thinking of maybe going on my own too so at least if i do it myself i`l know how to do it next time.

any thing else i need to know.

decided this mornin gonna get rid of ke jetronic and put cos/ofab system on it.
