Default 2004 Ford Focus C Max 1.8

Hi guys i have recently bought a Ford focus C max petrol 2004 i bought it with no MOT been stood for over a year when i got the car it was misfiring there was light grey smoke from exhaust with water droplets also the Engine Management Light on the codes i got where

P2110 - Throttle Actuator Control System Force Limited RPM - I replaced the whole throttle body as couldnt find sensor on its own this sovled this code so i wiped it and it didnt come back after replacment part
P0351 - Ignition Coil A,B,C,D Primary/Secondary Circuit - I replaced all Ignition Coils and Spark Plugs - Solved misfire Issue
P0141 - o2 sensor Heater Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Replacing this tomorrow
P0138 - o2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

What i want to know is about the smoke from the exhaust the smoke is light grey and also rich fuel smell im presuming that the Lambda sensor is the problem but would like confirmation i have checked as when i see smoke i worry about things like Head Gasket, Piston Rings i have checked for all the signs of head gasket i am not loosing coolant no gunk on oil cap or dipstick not over heating etc. As Lambda sensors cost money i would just like to know if the o2 codes above would cause this and solve if replaced with new sensor just to add the new spark plugs were taken out after 2 days and was already covered in carbon deposits which i think is because its running rich. Also the new oil that was put in also is Black already

Any help would be appreciated Thanks
