I have a Focus estate, 2007 model fitted with the 1.8 Duratech HE petrol engine. Sometimes the car has issues starting. Engine will turn over but not fire. Give it another try or 2 and it will start. Sometimes start right up but sometimes almost cough into life. 3/4 of the time it has no starting issues what so ever. Car is on 75k miles. Any ford techs know of any known issues with these? I'm more into my old school stuff so not that clued up on these!
