Hi guys i have a 2001 focus 1.8 with blower issues. The car defaults to outside air circulation but when you put the blowers on hardly any air comes out (even on No.4) but if i push the circulation button the light comes on and the air blows out really well. Ive had a few focus's and never noticed this before and wondered if anyone could tell me if this is normal or is there a fault with the system? Many thanks

 

Have u checked the condition of the pollen filter it may be clogged

 

I'd inspect the pollen filter, you'll need a new seal for the scuttle panel too...
