Default RS turbo sump gasket issue

Hi all on my 3rd sump gasket now....tried several ways I.e gasket to the sump / gasket to the block / with and without silicon sealer on the half moons it's fine ticking over no leaks take it up the road come on boost it blows the gasket out which means crankcase compression got a breather setup on it . Could the breather be causing this getting fed up now with it

Many thanks

It took me about 3 goes to it right, don't think it was a breather problem, just me being a tit!
Am I right in thinking the most reliable way is to stick it to the block not the sump, not helped by gravity...

Its soul destroying isn't it!
As said people fit them with the engine on the bench and they still leak

Just done mine first time no leaks, The only thing i will use is a Granville high temp sealant, stick the gasket to the sump, leave 10 mins then seal it to the block with the sump, sorted, first time every time so far ................... http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/granvil...FUzHtAodFU8ACg hope that helps

If you are running boost and its blowing your gasket before your dip stick or oil fill cap i think you have blow by ring issue and also should upgrade to a baileys oil separator system but that info i have told you try it first before saying it wont work
