Does it have a lift pump? If so check it is working when cranking.

Get her plugged into a diagnostic computer, if theres no codes stored check live data while cranking for fuel pressure etc, alot of computers will perform actuator tests to see is the egr valve operating aswell as resetting them under special functions.
Will it start off a bump or tow? A sniff of easystart wake it up?
Id bypass the fuel filter housing to rule it out too
