I would go down the IRS route like Dixiethekid said.
This is mine and i'm not quite finished yet. Wasn't too difficult to do.
Sorry about the quality as ive just used my phone camera.

Ben. the P100 front shock absorbers are about 2" longer than a standard sierra ones thats why the 2" spacers are there. Its to clear the standard P100 larger wheels and tyres. If want to go lower then a pair of normal sierra ones will lower the front with saloon springs. I have used standard saloon shocks and -40mm springs and the front has dropped about 3 1/2".

Yeah that should be ok.
I'm going to use cosworth lattice wheels and mine seems to look ok. It will probably drop a bit more when its settled.

There is only so much you can do without doing major surgery. If you want to keep leaf springs then you are going to need to get some decambered springs. But then you run the risk of hitting the axle case on the chassis rails if you go too low.
I dont know who or where to get some.
If you are on facebook there is a group dedicated to P100's and they are quite knowledgeable. P100 Owners.
I think we need a proper owners club and forum just for P100's.
