Thinking of buying a megasquirt ECU for a bit of a project. Have any of you had any experience with this type of ECU. Im especially interested in the smaller Microsquirt kit.
How complex is it to get to grips with and understand.
Setting it up to run a zetec turbo would be the end goal but I thought I would start with something simpler and just try to install it and map it to run the N/A 1.8 zetec to start with, to learn how it works. Have people achieved similar projects or is it a case of 9 times out of ten it ends up being finished off by a pro tuner?
