i am running standard yellow injectors, 2 bar MAP and garrett AR48 turbo.
i am looking for a power chip for this set up any advice please.

 

After confirming the engine is in good health, you need a stage 1 chip, which can be purchased from MSD etc.

This will allow a higher boost pressure, and around 270-280 HP.

No there will be certain adjustments to make and making sure everything works and is set correctly.They will supply the info you need.
New actuator will probably be needed too.

Just make sure everything is healthy and performing well before you do it.

 

engine has just had major overhaul.
would i need a dyno to set the chip.

 

afrs and det need checking under load
this can be done on the dyno or road
as said above-make sure all is good-sensors/leads/fuel supply/clutch/cooling/belts/ plenty fuel of the type you use..
