Default Cosworth valve guide problem

Wondering if someone can help I had my 2wd cosworth head valve guides replaced and a port and polish job, after refitting the head and driving it for around 1000 miles on the road it started smoking again so the head went back to the company that did it and both exhaust guides had worn like it had done 50-60,000 miles. So they where replaced again. I've done around another 1000 miles or so and it's smoking again, I've had the turbo and exhaust manifold off and you can see the oil on the guides again on number 4. The head is due to come off and go back again!!! Can any one help please

Who fit the guides??

What guide did they fit, steel or bronze

Some company sleeve the guides, some fit a generic guide them reem it out, both these practices are shit, also they should recut the valve seat after fitting the guide to make sure it's square

if it was left idling for say,10 mins, you blipped the throttle,a huge fog of smoke would appear

They fitted bronze guides think they pressed them in. I used Cylinder Head Developments as he's been doing it for years.
