fitting some grey injectors next week apart from the setup after is it just a case of putting some new seals on and fitting them or is there anything else I need to do ?

On the YB ? If your chip is for greens keep them in until your setup and let them fit and remap/calibrate the greys. I recall a thread on fitting these and James at msd commented about the fitment of greys.
