......i refitted my gearbox over the weekend, which has just been rebuilt, have adjusted the linkage 3 times as it says in the manual but the linkage is still loose and sloppy
It looks like one of the pins at the gearbox end is loose and worn, can i replace these pins or do i have to get new/secondhand linkage?

it maybe the gear selector steadys and springs you maybe better of fitting a new unit from burton power they are not cheap mind @ £250 but they have quickshift built in this will make the gear change like new.
or alternativly strip the old one down and check the amount of wear on the steadys on the end of the springs and replace these.this is what i have just done and the gearchange is perfect
