Mondeo ST220 Ecu fault codes....
ST220 has slight idle issues and MIL is on, has 4 fault codes, P1130, P1131, P1150, P1151, have used a portable code reader to read these codes but it's just a cheap shitty thing and can't investigate them any further unfortunately!!
I know these codes are all Hego sensor related and Fuel Trim, any ideas as to what might actually be at fault here??
Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 1...are these the up stream (top of manifold) sensors or the lower ones ??
Also could it be a MAF sensor fault, seem to remember various Fuel Trim faults on a zafira a while back and a new MAF cured that (it also gave Hego related fault codes)
Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

P1130 Lack Of HO2S11 Switches - Fuel Trim At Limit
P1131 Lack Of HO2S11 Switches - Sensor Indicates Lean
P1150 Lack of HO2S21 Switches - Fuel Trim At Limit
P1151 Lack of HO2S21 Switches - Sensor Indicates Lean
Probably nothing wrong with these up stream Oxygen sensors.
The fuel mixture is too lean. This could be an aging MAF, but it could also be an air leak.
Other possibility is wrong (too low) fuel pressure.

i'd be checking for air leaks mate, the most common pipe is the one that runs from the back of the inlet manifold ( tight up to the scuttle) and then down under the inlet between V of the engine. also there are some smaller vac pipes the come off the bottom of the throttle body whcih sometimes pop off, i usually just reconnect them and cable tie em up! hope this helps.
