Default clutch probs advice please

what is the prob here put my foot on the clutch and it makes a awful noise and rev it and the noise gets faster, its not slipping or does this just mean the clutch is shafted

Spiggot bearing is in the centre of flywheel,end of shaft out of gearbox sits in it
Would think its your clutch release bearing making the noise
