ST170. Oily Substance On Clutch Pedal!
In my st170 on my way to work this mornin to discover an oil substance on my clutch pedal, done a quick check when I got there n can't see we're its came from.
Any ideas

It'll be the clutch master cylinder mate, common on focus's. I recently did mine because of the same.
Look up above the pedal and you'll see when you press the pedal and let go, a small bit of brake fluid drips out.
Took about half hour start to finish to change. Simply job,
I dropped the lower dash panel ( about 6 screws ) and undone the sterring column bolt to pull the cloumn off the rack giving plenty off room.

Thanks mate that looks to be the problem, doesnt look to hard a job, there's links on google for videos how to do it, I'll have a wee watch o them then give it a bash
