Bd14 you have to use Pistons with valve cut outs.... But the AB07 is useable with oe pistons....

As above

No piston mods required for the AB07

Which would be best on a nice useable engine on t34 or t38? I have valve cut outs.

If you have valve cutouts you might as well use a better cam.

Speak to Tony @ Turbosystems

I have just fitted one to my escort with 55 siemans and a t34.63 and its making good power i hope to be around the 400BHP. But if you have the head off and piston out you might as well get them pocketed and go with bd14 as it is a better cam.

Many thanks for the replies i have low comp pistons fitted that have indents in them they look just like this pic(only used to illustrate what mine look like)

http://i.ebayimg.com/t/Peugeot-106-GTi-Citroen-Saxo-VTS-Low-Compression-Pistons-Rods-Various-Sizes-/00/s/NjAwWDgwMA==/$T2eC16NHJGwE9n)ySfb8BQgCMWcfQQ~~60_58.JPG

do's this count as valve cut outs?
on a different note ive searched these forums to death and is it a secret where you can buy the AB07 cam, no one will say where they got them from.
