i have got a s2 rs turbo 1.9 zvh. its running all cosworth managment and parts which i got from jano at oddkids. .when he mapped it all for me it was brilliant,about 4 months ago,but something has gone down on it ,meaning its reads 11 on emission which is burning nearly all petrol where it should be 3 or 4.i have had a look under the bonnet but cannot see any air leaks and so on, what else could have gone wrong please. i live in coventry so before i take it to jano in essex again i would like to fix it myself before drivng down there again

its quite possible its as easy fix as a sensor gone down or may take longer. without looking it would be hard to say Ray.

 

is that you jano, just thourght someone might put there finger on the problem whithout me bringing the car to you

Yes Ray its Jano.
Without checking the sensors with a millimeter or a laptop it would be just guessing.

Every sensor apart from the cps would cause the ecu to run different if its not working or out of sync.
