Focus ZETEC SE issues :(
Hi all,
Just purchased a 02 Ford Focus 1.6.
It seems to get up to temp very quickly and the cooling fan cuts in very quick, although the temp gauge is not rising the rad is still cold to touch leaving me to think this is due to the thermostat being stuck shut?
How ever while have a look under the bonnet, i noticed the two small hoses going to the top of the expansion tank have no flow from them, i would presume one is a return for coolant and the other an overflow?
Even when revving, no flow comes out.
Engine check light has come on too which didn't when i bought it, only done approx 20miles in the car so not best pleased and want to get the issue sorted before causing further issues.
Any help or information would be great!
