Right guys, ill go to pull away in the escort rs turbo 1.6 efi, it has a major flat spot then she goes, the idle hunts and she hesitate whilst cruising on the throttle, iv changed icv been told it may be down to map!

Any ideas?????????

Air leak on the inlet?! My previous cossie had it on the plenum gasket would be ok then hold back like u hit a brick wall then pick up again. Also an air leak could make it hunt. Might be worth spraying ez start or something similar over the inlet and see if it picks up erc
