Hi

my mate has got a 2003 Fiesta 1.4 which she's having problems with. Basically the car loses power then cuts out which isn't good as it did it on the motorway yesterday.

I've done a fault code scan with Focom but it hasn't brought any codes up. I also treid with a generic scanner but that didn't pick up any faults

Anybody got any ideas? Makes it a bit awkward with no codes present. Don't want to just start replacing parts hoping they'll fix it

Throttle body I reckon mate. Brother's done it too although his was jumpy from cold and wouldn't accelerate although I don't think it got bad enough to stall. But EAC would more than likely be the throttle body.
