Default Zetec head

So I've damaged my 1800 blacktop Zetec head so wondered how interchangeable the 2.0 head is as using the 2.0 cams in the 1800 head produce the 130 RS engine but have heard the compression ratio in the 2.0 head is lower.
Does anyone have any info on them?
If the valves are the same size?
If the compression is different? (If so what would I have to skim off to get it the same or even better)
Do they line up fine? (Oil and water ways)
Thank you guys

You would lower the CR to much with a 2.0 head, the valves are the same size.
Just get a new/other 1800 head fit the 2.0 cams and youre done

not checked personally, but have heard that 1800's have less volume in the head. i'm not convinced its the truth though. they do physically fit though, i'd give one a good skim (0.5mm ish) and stick it on. the difference in compression would barely be noticeable when driving.
