galaxy heater problem

Default galaxy heater problem

i have a ford galaxy and the heater controls turns on then after a couple of min it goes out i have noticed some smoking down in the pass foot well can anyone help please.:

Obviously something electrical to do with the heater motor (tight perhaps) I would have thought, I wouldn't carry on using it until it's resolved though

its still ok to drive as long as you dont put heater on i gonna try and strip it all out out and test it

the resistor for the heater is screwed to the back under the passenger side footwell normaly green with wires going to it thay are prone for failing

Default steering wheel

on my ford escort van mk6 i trying to get steering wheel off does anyone know what bolt or screw is holding the little git on please:[

You should have the 'steering lock' off, key in ignition and wheels pointing straight ahead?

Also DO not remove the nut, leave it on couple of threads, reason being is sometimes the wheel can be reluctant to move so you have to give it some gentle persuasion, and without the former it can result in a broken nose!
