Default fiesta map sensor , which pipes

Hi All , nearly done the 2.1 conversion ,

Just a couple of Q's

Fiesta OFAC map sensor , has the 2 pin connector , also has 2 pipes commin off the bottom ,

one im sure will go the the inlet manifold to measure pressure , but where does the other go ?????????

also on the fiesta their is a 13mm tube commin off the side of the crossover pipe , this plumbs into a cylindrical type sensor on the inlet manifold , is this necessary and i have a escort 1.8 inlet , with same sensor thing except there seems to be no provision for the tube /hose ??

Thanks in advance

map sensor should just have one pipe out of it that goes to inlet manifold and ofac has three wires mate.
the tube of the charge carrier goes to the idle speed control valve which is mounted on the side of the inlet manifold.
thanks

Cheers mate , So is the Map sensor the rectangular shaped one ?? whats the cylindrical one then ?? this is the one im not sure of , it has the miltiplug ( 2 wires ) and 2 vacume tubes commin off it ??????????????/

Idle speed controle valve , thats the one . will the car run without this ?? i have the controle valve from the 1.8 zetec and it has no provision for the tube to be plumbed in , i also notice that some xr3i's ( same loom basicly) dont have one at all and the tube is put straight into the inlet manifold .

Confused ?? i am . I knew the last few bits on this project wewe gonna be a pain ,

No festas near me what so ever so i cant go look .
