Default No brakes please help

ive got a cosworth powered focus that ive had about 6 months i love it but now the brakes are working themselfs
now they work just fine as soon as you get in the car but after a couple of miles the pedal goes to the floor if you pump it it comes back then goes again(not any fun for me or my girlfriend). next time you use the car same again
the car runs a cossie master cylinder but uses the abs pump as a servo(thats what i was told) the exhaust manifold is close to the brake fluid i know this is not ideal but they have worked for 6 month(ive been meaning to wrap them)
please please please help me as she wants rid as they failed on her on the a1 on friday

thanks guys maca

sounds like air in the system. first thing i would do is give them a good bleed and check for leaks.
