Default dohc kangaroo when its warm

2.0 dohc cutting out when its warm
when i stop it for a few minutes its good for another 5 miles until it does it again

totally baffled by this any ideas?

idles 100 percent

Sounds like the coolant temp sensor could be duff. If it is sending a cold signal to the ECU it will keep the fuel rich, thinking the engine is still cold. The sensor is the large one with the multiplug, mounted in the inlet manifold behind the thermostat.

changed it with another 2nd hand one i had all seems good took it a good run and had no issues
fingers crossed this is it was a real @@@@ to remove and refit because its in such an awkward place its 25mm long socket which i dont have so i used a 25mm spanner which is huge!

had to take the engine mount off and all my water pipes etcc access is very difficult took me at least 2 hours
