Default Which clutch plate?

Gearbox will be coming off soon and the clutch is also f*cked, the standard one is ok but doesn't last that long I want to use the standard cover but with a better plate anyone any ideas, i use the car every day and can sometimes encounter a bit of traffic so dont want to go for a 4 paddle. Any help will be appreciated

sounds good, is it a lot easier to use compared to a 4 paddle as i sometimes have to be in traffic and couldn't handle the on/off nature of it. Also how much is an alcon one?

yep driven with both , the alcon feels like a standard one .

price wise im not sure you have to buy the ford clutch kit £100 then buy the alcon plate and im not sure how much these are now but i paid £150 for mine.
