Hi I have a mondeo 2lt tdci on a 54 plate, turns over but wont start, you can bump start it and it runs very roughly then dies, also glow plug light flashing. Things I have changed already - camshaft sensor black to grey, crankshaft sensor, glow plugs, fuel filter. On restart car runs the minute you accelerate glow plug light flashes then dies, will restart, drive for a little while then same again, any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks Michael

 

Wondering whether it has the common injector problem? With the fuel filter sometimes they can be a bugger to prime again, but then this can't be the original problem, seen as you replaced it to try and eliminate the problem.

Had this EXACT problem with a mondeo b4 mate and it was injectors that wer nackd! Ther very comon for them going. You can have them checked by specialists...

 

O and dont buy cheeper recond if they are f**kd, had nothing but bother wiv them. Unless ther from a reputable company...
