Hi my saff has developed a little problem. I was just cruising the other day away from lights and it just died on me like the spark has just cut off. I puld in and had a quick gander under bonet but cldnt see nout,so i turned key and it fired up again! Drove about 2 mile and it done it again but this time i turnd ignition off/on and it bump started. To cut a long story short i went bk out in it later on and it seemd ok for 4 5 mile then started doing it,mega worse this time! Didnt always bump start,wen it didnt i fired it up by key and it started and was doin this every 50yards... Iv not had time to investigate was wondering if these are obvious symtoms of sumthing like crank sensor? Or coil breaking down?

 

check the crank sensor and or the phase sensor in the dizzy!

tbh the phase sensor will either have crusty wires or be badly adjusted!

 

hi does your rev counter jump when this happens if so try pushing your

bluk head conectors 2gether all three that helps with mine so it could

need new ones
