Hi, just a quick question, my lights dont flash when i lock my focus 2002 model, if i press both parts of key at the same time they do flash, any suggestions, and also today i am getting the red light showing that a door is ajar, i have been in the car for about 20 mins tonight opening and closing all the doors and the boot but red light stays on, and again any answers would be most welcome.

AFAIK press lock button once - it locks, no flash. Press twice - it deadlocks and flashes.

Thanks henniker, i have done all of that, i have also tried reprogramming the key in the lock etc, all to no avail
