It starts from cold find but after around 10 seconds is gets lumpy then totaly dies unless you rev it, ive posted a cpl of times but its been pushed down, perhaps the right people wernt on to answer? Just a quick reply is all i ask Im sick to death of this problem, cheeRS. pete

 

sounds like its running far too rich!! try disconnecting your cold start injector on the back of the inlet manifold!!hope this helps.

 

sounds like to much fuel at cold,as above disconnect the cold start valve and see how she behaves,
also check the throttle plate in the air cleaner box isnt sticking,ensure all the air pipes are secure,
how does it run when warm/hot?

 

Have unplugged it, no diferent, flap isnt sticking, it just kinda flaps open a little and closes every second when turning over then once running it stays open a fractio n, have checked plugs and they are clean?

 

mine did this when i ran a dump valve it was sticking open and casuing mass air leak. wortha try if you run a dump valve ?

 

Ill give that a try, it isnt as bad now but it pops and farts like a gud un!!
