Default Help. 2wd Saph not boosting

Hi folks. Posting on behalf of a mate. Fitted a replacement engine into his Saph but it is making zero boost. Stage 3 spec on a t34.48. We have tried the following:

3 different good turbos.....the t34.48, a t38 and a standard t3
2 amal valves and running it without
3 different MAP sensors, 2 are brand new
Blanking dump valve off
Plugged in L8 and L6 Ecus

The car has a brand new loom so in theory the wiring side should be fine

All boost hoses are new and tight

The engine runs fine, just makes zero boost. Piped a boost gauge in and it goes to -0.8 at idle and 0 under load

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Cheers, Wayne

Run the car with no exhaust, baffles may have collapsed

Thanks for the replies folks

Spent a bit more time on it today and made a bit of head way

The guys that said actuator are half right, what we found was that the actuator bracket on the t34 was bent slightly out of shape. This meant there was barely any preload on the actuator. Swapped with a better bracket off a spare turbo and it has improved a fair bit

Still doesn't feel quite right for the spec though. Going to pipe in the boost gauge tomorrow and bypass the amal valve and see what happens then
