can any one tell me how to tighting my rocker arms on my rs turbo properly
can any one tell me how to tighting my rocker arms on my rs turbo properlym my rocker arms sound if there hitting my rocker cover
any help would be great

On cvh just tighten the arms down if it sounds like its ticking like hell check your exhaust manifold gasket hasn't blown as this can make if sound like thst

as said just tighten them down mate,
dont over tighten as you will strip the threads.
as above check mani gasket if not then try some new tappits

If its been stood for a while your tappets might be dry. Run it at 2ooorpm for 10 mins. The tappets will suck up oil and quieten down. Either that or your cam / tappets are fucked. Good luck
