Default misfire/compression??

what could be causing this problem? cylinders 1 2 and 4 have 150psi and number 3 only holds 100 psi! maybe a bent valve is my guess?? the car is missing all way through the range!

Bent or burnt out valve and/or burnt out valve seat. Could also be too small a valve clearance from a jammed lifter, this will likely result in a valve or seat burning out if not rectified quickly.
