Default 1.9 CVH tall block conversion, How to do?

Hey Guys, New to the forum, Read it a while never posted, Got a few questions on a possible conversion I am going to do?

I have a 1.9 american tall bock engine cvh, Can I put my 1.6 rs turbo head on it? will it run? Does it get problems with high temperatures?
How much BHP am I likely to get from it?

Currently using a 1.6 rs turbo engine, Is it worth the upgrade? Already have the engine, thinking about doing the conversion.

Thanks for any answers!

some like the 1900, others dont. ive heard the 1900 becomes weak opposed to the 1.6 at higher hp levels. the block itself im led to beleive. you also lose the revability of the 1.6 but torque will be increased lower in the range but the safe rev limit will be lower.

having had the usa 1900 tall block in an rs1600i i can say yes the 1600 head fits. you a zetec is a far far better option imo.
