Default zetec water system help

ive ditched the heater matrix in my car so ive got to do something with the water pipes that go into it.
i was thinking that if i just connect them together the hot water will just run straight through and back into the engine without going through the front rad.
so can i just block off the pipe from the thermostat housing so all the water goes through the front rad or will this create pressue issues?

Just join them together, the water won't know the matrix is missing lol

will it not be better if the water was cooled instead though as it will be used on track?

It will still be cooled through the rad mate, you could always fit an uprated rad if you were worried about it.

Its not still cooled by the rad. it comes out of heater matrix and into front drivers side hose back into block. im thinking of blocking off all holes and taking the thermostat out so its straight through system

i now want to ditch the thermostat housing completely, i noticed its quite heavy and im into lightweight so looking at ways of having a straight through housing with no thermostat as the car wont really be used when cold
