Default ARP Head Studs and Nuts, CVH Turbo

Does anyone have any idea of the correct tightening procedure and torque figure/s for an Escort RS Turbo (1.6CVH) with ARP studded block and nuts following cylinder head removal/re-fitting, assuming they can be re-used? Or the kit number so i can find out of ARP's website?
Cheers

Use an accurate torque wrench (calibrated one) torque to 60 ft.lbs with ARP lube on the nut threads - don't need a huge amount.
I start at 20, then go to 40, and then 60.
Have the engine go through a heat cycle or two - just idling.
Then back off the bolts one by one (same sequence as tightening) and re-torque to 60 ft. lbs. This step is most critical.
