Default Cossie trailing arm bolts

Was wondering is there any reason why their different?! Noticed the outer blue ones are 10.9 grade but the inners are 8.8 despite being the same size/length etc?!

Main reason for asking is I want to fit new ones when I get my beam re coated and I can get hold of 10.9 grade ones for nothing but found it a bit odd that theres 2 different grades when their the same size!! (assuming someone hasn't fitted the wrong ones in the past)

Cheers

Mine were the same mate the outer bolts are 10.9 and blue with a nylock nut and the inner are 8.8 and yellow with a squash nut on, I know this is original because I have owned it since it was two yrs old.
