Default Cossie head

Is there a difference between the 2wd head and the 4wd head? If so what is it

Combustion chambers are different, the 4x4 has the temp sensor at the back of the head rather than at the front and from memory where the turbo damper mount is different. Plus where the cam bearing journals sit is different, 4x4 ones have a groove for them to sit in unlike the 2wd.
