Default Cossie BHP

I have just recently bought my first sapphire cosworth, and it`s totally standard apart from a full magnex and a baily motorsport dump valve. I`m looking to get some more ponies under the bonnet (300-350 BHP) but don`t have a clue where to start. All suggestions welcome... [/b]

Ed, depends how much you want to spend.

If you could be sure ALL the components are standard then an 'off the shelf chip' plus Dark Green 803 injectors, a -31 Actuator and a 3 Bar map sensor, plus plugs at least a Group A headgasket (Cometic one is probably better) and if you are heading towards the 350 end an uprated turbo like the T34.

To be safe, you'd be best off taking it to a specialist who can then set up everything for you.

But imo if you can afford it, Live Mapping is the best way to go, Stu @ motorsport developements is certainly someone who can help.

Plus, if you are at the 350 end you may need to consider a brake upgrade...
