Im trying to remove the plug off my wiring look that connects to the ecu. It's a s2 rs turbo incase that makes any difference.

Is there any easy way to remove the pins from the plastic plug without damaging them?

Can usually get a needle inside to bend the tab that holds it in, not always easy though
