Hi, I have a Mondeo mk2, behind the radio/ center dash section there is a black wire with a silver plug on it, on my car this is not connected, it is not the ariel wire for the radio, it is smaller than that. just wondering if anyone could inform me as to what this cable is for?

I mean. A cable I found disconected wouldn't normally bother me but since i have a giah x I cant imagine what it could be for since to my knowledge it has everything :/

 

If yours is diesel it could be for the fuel computer as the diesel didn't get them even the ghia x.
