i think it might be the aux belt when i start car up from cold on tickover it sounds like a bird tweeting, prob two or three times a minute until engine warms up. anyone have or had this problem ? and is the aux belt a possibilty?

Yup it'll be the aux belt. As they get old they get shiny and squeak. Like new shoes on a polished floor!

 

is it an easy ish job do you know ? thinking bout doing myself save some cash
