Sorry if this is a stoopid q, searched and cant find an answer.

Fitted a new Bailey re-circ dump valve to replace the atmospheric one i had before. The engine is stage 3 spec and used to hold 20psi, now i cant get over about 11/12 psi. Do the bailey DV's need set up to a specific pressure to release at or are they factory set?

Also fitted a new elliot boost gauge so it could be that but the car just doesnt feel anything like as quick.
