Default cosworth diff
hi need sum help on stiping a cosworth diff i have took the half shafts out but cant the main part off the diff dose it need to be pressed out any help would be great

Are you trying to take the diff apart? Ie crown wheel.

so you have taken the cir clips off then you need to take the torq 50 bolts off and undo the bearing carriers on each side

yh i took the c clips off and now need to get the bearing carriers out so i can take the hole diff out of its aly case if that makes any sence

i am taking it apart the convert it in to a chain driven lsd thanks for the info help me out if anyone intrested in the diff case and rear wish bones give us a shout thank lawrence

has anyone got the deep socket to take the star shaped nut of behind the flange in west london ill give them a drink to whip it off thanks

Which one? With the 2 side bearing holders off the centre just falls out. Then its just unbolt the crown wheel off the lsd centre

ive took the flange of were u bolt the prop to and beheid they is a star shaped nut but u need a deep socket to reach it
