It's not bonded in, how do I get it out?

no need to push with feet just get help and carefully peel the rubber back whisled putting pressure on screen
if you have new rubber just cut the rubber plenty of vids on google

Used to do screens at Ford dealership, I always found it best to have the glass hot so the rubber goes soft, used to apply pressure with my head while unlipping the rubber seal across and it will pop out in 30 seconds or so, some used to have a metal/plastic rim insert on the outer edge of the rubber this needs to be removed first by hooking it out or the rubber wont flex
