Right, I have a mk3 Fiesta sat in the garage with a 2.0 zetec, the shell is a Fiesta S, It's a sunroof model. Now, that's great, but It's rotten through on one of the sunroof mounting point where it pivots when It's open, I think could repair it but I'm wondering how hard it would be to remove the sunroof completely? Money is tight but I can get the steel as my old man has a fabrication company.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
