Default clutch prob and hello

firstly i would like to say hello to anyone as this is my first time on here and when registed well ( very good site)
i own a series two 1.6 and have a problem with the clutch release bearing( think ) its like this i put an ap cp2000-8 clutch kit in well bought one and paid someone to do it because the car was sliping on stage 2 boost and was a bit juddery any way did the pedal/ segment and the refacing of flywheel and was fine for about 750miles and now i have noticed a bit of a clicking in neutrel which will increase as revs do but not all the time ,i have found also that when i sit in neutrel and push clutch down and release it fast it is likly it will happen but if i do the releasing slowly it will not make the clicking noise say 9/10 times or so ,do not know what it is ,could the box be on the way out or just bad fitting . the car drives in all gears fine but did notice that the gear change is a bit harsh so orderd new gear linkage as is needed so if you think you have got the answer or there abouts please give me a shout as it is driving me mad

Sounds like you still have to bed it in yet. Give it a while, the clicking should go away.
